Winter sunrise couples photos

We were up before the sun to head to Devil’s Den for Andy & Luke’s engagement photos and we were not disappointed! The rocks, fields, and skies made for a beautiful backdrop!

The couple changed outfits for each location. Before sunset, we started with a darker vibe, with a pop of color to accent the sunrise using their blanket & her skirt. Add the jacket gave texture & the neutral colors made them pop against the vibrant sky.

For the wardrobe change, she went with an analogous color scheme using different color tans. While Lucas is complementing with a little contrast in the blue denim button-down.

We started at the watch tower near Gettysburg college about 10 minutes before sunrise. The sky gave us the most magical pink & orange winter sunrise followed by blue skies. After the sun was up for a while, we drove over to Devil’s Den. The rock formations have the perfect trails to easily be on top of the rocks. This creates tons of variety for couples’ photos to get creative.
